Migrant Women Wellbeing Programme – Online workshop
This 5 weeks free programme is to support Asian migrant and former refugee women for their independent and quality life. The programme will help you to increase confidence of speaking with local people, travel freely on your own to engage more in community activities, and look after you and your family’s health.
Participants will attend a morning session every Tuesday (or Wednesday) for five weeks, followed by free driving lessons in max five.
